Big Boy Now...

My little boy had his first ever sleep over at Granny's last night. I was quite nervous and wasn't able to get to sleep until almost 2am! And - wait for it- the little munchkin didn't go sleep for her until almost 2am....is that weird or what. Poor Granny, I don't think she will be shooting her hand up again too soon to take him overnight.

The gremlin simply won't sleep! He turned two a few weeks ago and hit the terrible twos full throttle - you know the tantrums with legs kicking on the floor, the whole bit. But now, despite avoiding day sleeps after 1pm, he won't go to sleep until at least 11 - 12pm every night!!!!

He says, "Mummy, Play?" Squashing my cheeks between his warms little hands. I love him to death, but as gorgeous as he is, I really don't feel like playing at midnight.
